Employee training

We consider training as an extremely important element of personal, group and business success. Systems as machines are managed by humans. At the end of the day we have to work with people, knowledge, emotions and experiences and not with excel, barcodes, KPI’s and net profit! A well trained employee will manage better all the above than one without the proper training. Who doesn’t remember the well known-anecdote: “If you think it’s expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur“. An employee with the proper and continuous training will make less and less mistakes (something with an impact in company’s finance as well in the quality of its products / services). Especially in the field of foods where an employee’s mistake could cause extremely bad consequences for consumers’ health, training is not only important but also obligatory by the food law
